Conduct Unbecoming is a concept album, centered around the human condition. The full gamut of human emotions, from the most tender to the most brutal, and the associated behaviors are revealed and explored. The use of orchestral instrumentation, as well as sound effects and utilizing other instruments from around the world, make for some very unique sonic textures, not found in the "rock" genre. Mark Darker employs the use of atypical time signatures, shifting time signatures and polytonalality in this work. Enjoy the journey!
